Good evening, lovely people of Fred!

I hope you are all having a lovely evening?

AgentBirdnest: It's been 4 hours, and I'm still not sure how to play, what I'm supposed to do, if there is an objective, what the story is, or what this thing is at all :-p
LOL yup sounds about right... and yet despite (because of?) all that, still strangely compelling no?

CarrionCrow: Hmm. My plague doctor took an axe to the skull, and now my vestal keeps screaming for monsters to beat on her when she's not busy cutting herself. Wonderful.
I really like this game. Masochism seems to be a BITCH of a trait. I still haven't beaten the first Necromancer (but did get the Siren!) I have a graveyard full of heroes and every time I land a man at arms (and / or arbalest) he seems to die immediately but I'm still having a blast.

I love that insanity makes party composition very fluid - I'm constantly rolling in and out new heroes, discovering crazy new party "builds" and then having them stomped just when I get too comfortable. Been A LOT of fun.

Also, WTF is the point of the Antiquarian? Solely to craft during camping?
Good evening everyone *big hugs and waves*

Hope you're all doing fine :)

Good evening, ElT!

How are you on this lovely evening?

I am doing wunderbar, danke!

(Is "danke" thank you, or thanks?)

LOL oh bummer :(

I never "finished" it (nor do I even know it that's even possible) but I did enjoy my time with it. Actually, I might have to download it and try it again when my current round of gaming runs its course... something to consider...

Daz umpdar Snetzle? o_O

(∆ 100% real German, although not really, pretty much 100% made up gibberish. :-))

Well could be better - i don't know why but i have a really nasty pain in my right knee which really makes it difficult to walk...not the best thing when you live in the attic right? :/
Otherwise i'm fine though - what about you?

Hey DD *big hug*
See above my answer to Agent....
Really glad to hear that - and "danke" works for both thanks and thank you although you could translate "thank you" as "Danke schön" - not a completely literal translation though.

I am sorry to hear about your knee. Do you have any idea what is wrong with it or what could have caused it? I hope it will get better soon, even without all those stairs a painful knee is not fun.

Thank you. And thank you for the answer.

Thank you. I have no idea...it started when i headed back home from university but i didn't ran to catch a train or bus or something like and i didn't hurt my knee (at least i don't remember any incidents). I hope it'll be gone tomorrow otherwise i'm probably going to see a doctor :/

You're welcome :)

It could be anything, bruising, trapped nerve, muscle damage, lots of things. Bodies are quite impressive, and complex, which means lots of things to go wrong. But hopefully a good nights sleep will help you heal up and feel better. Fingers crossed that it is all better in the morning, or at least on the way to being all better.

That sounds like you got that from The Great Dictator ;)

I know - which is why that actually worries a bit as i had some issued with my muscles in my knee-area some years ago. Thank you - that very lovely *big thank you hug* :)
I hope so too...

Well that is not a bad movie, and I have seen it, so maybe. I mostly just make it up, then checked on Google to make sure it was not anything insulting in German (knowing my luck I will remember an old word my former house mate used to use and me forgetting it was a real word and using that, and she has some very colourful language). Maybe The Great Dictator was an inspiration, but if so it was completely unintentional.

Besides, are you saying that that speech is not 100% German and makes perfect sense? Next you will be telling me he was not even a German actor. Everyone knows Sir Charlie Chaplin is a common German name. :-)

*big silly hug*

I liked that movie - actually saw that in school for the first time.

It's not really German despite bearing some German words. Well he was Tomanian, wasn't he?
