AgentBirdnest: Same to you, Ghost :-) Glad to hear you are well. How's the writing coming along?
Howdy Agent. :)

I'm halfway through the first book, might change up the first chapter to add an action start though.

Had to break things up a bit, to make book 1 and 2 into three books, but I have the titles to each
book and a plan for the cover artwork for the whole series. :)

Distractions have been at the maximum last couple months though, but I'm still splattering words
on the pages as much as possible. heh!

How's the world turning for you? Keeping out of trouble?
A very sleepy "hello, Fred!" to you all. I hope you're all enjoying your day the best you can! I'm just playing with the pup, organizing my digital music collection and making room on my hard drive (for what, I don't know... sometimes it just feels good to purge old crap I don't need on there.)

Feeling like I'm coming down with a cold, hoping that's not the case. Blaming allergies today. Sticking with that story long as possible. ;)

Coolio! Hopefully the rest of it goes swimmingly :-)

As for me... depends on what your definition of "trouble" is. ;-p Been doing okay. Nothing particularly amazing or terrible, which is fine by me :-)

A very sore body hello to you... :)

Doing some spring cleaning here too. I had to do a lot of moving last weekend for 5 days
for my girlfriend to get new floors put in. I'm sore all over. heh!
....

Has anyone got the game Underrail? I'm thinking about getting it. Looks like a keeper.

Also, has anyone played Sorcerer King? Looks like a good game too...

Trouble comes in many forms, most generally the definition entails good and bad things,
all of which are distractions from the expected. heh! Sounds like you're doing well, and that is
good to hear.

Gotta hurry to work just now, but I can recommend Underrail if you're into the atmosphere of the old Fallouts (1-2).
It's a nice, quite hard indie rpg. I've got nothing bad to say about it aside from having a bit of a heavy learning curve.
Quite easy to get killed, until you figure out the ropes and gain a few (dozen) levels :)

Sorcerer King... Even harder to master :) But I absolutely love it.
Argh... Gotta run now... Maybe I can do some kind of a review here later today.

Cheerio!

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, definitely into the Fallout 1 and 2 games (mostly 2).

I might pick them both up, but budget is tight so I'll wait a bit and see what else pops up
in the sale. :)

I've got some bookshelves to put together that I keep putting off, but that will probably happen this weekend. Otherwise it's just everyday house cleaning on this end. Not so bad.
Glad to see you've been getting some writing done. Very little getting done on this end, aside from puppy duty and record collecting, but I don't really think those count as "activities." ;)
I've picked up both titles you mentioned, but have yet to put any real time into either, unfortunately.
A bit of summer music for you fine folks. We're having a dance party to this at the moment. Hoping to take him for a walk soon, but it's hotter than all get-out outside. :)

Interesting. My boss decided it was a great idea to run a system update during working hours.

Your boss needs to find better ways to distract themselves when they get bored.

If they have a consistent tendency towards hamstringing the office on a whim, I can see why you'd all do that.
Bet that keeps the work environment lively, in an obnoxious "What will the moron supposedly running the show do next?" sort of way.

Well, we certainly never run out of things to complain about.
