If a strange guy tried to hug me out of social niceties, if he felt a hug was called for, then I would maybe be okay with it. I still would back away or hate it, but I would understand. But it's those creepy guys who I think hug just to be creepy and to try to cop a feel, especially if they have had a drink. So far it's not been a problem, a slap here or there and they get the message. :-)

I agree with you about the kissing thing. If people want to do it then fine, and I guess I don't mind it with good friends. But lots of people seem to do it now. It just feels awkward to me, and as you said pretentious, they do it to appear sophisticated. Luckily I don't get that a lot. Living where I do people are more down to earth, and not trying to be all posh and cultured. The worse is when women you hardly know try to kiss on the lips as a greeting. As I said, if it's a good friend then I don't mind so much, but I don't like random people I hardly know doing it. Not because I don't like getting kissed or touched, but because I find it all just pointless and silly.

Urgh. I hate the mail service. I ordered something and the parcel even had an "Attention. Glas inside" sticker but they still managed to handle it that bad, that part of it broke.

Yeah I just phoned the shop and they told me I can sent it back to them and they will then sent me a replacement and pack it even more carefully so that hopefully it will then arrive in one piece. It was nothing valuable I just ordered new cups that fit together with plates I have had for some time now (gotten them from my grandparents).

Sorry you're having mail woes, Moon. I've had a few of those myself. I don't know why the mail service doesn't select a better class of chimpanzee instead of the club-headed ones it uses. Still, they work for peanuts so why should they care - its only our property, after all...
