I can understand that, I would be angry as well that you are going through it all and that he has the audacity to blame you for it. Hopefully you won't have to suffer him for too much longer.

I am doing good, thank you. I am feeling a lot better since I collapsed this morning. I am having to stay with my brother and his family for the night just so that my partner will not worry too much while she is away, and it has been nice playing a little with my nieces and nephews. So overall I am doing good.

It happens from time to time, but luckily not as often or as bad as they used to be. I have my setbacks now and then, but I am doing good overall. Well I was going to stay at home, but my partner was worried and was going to come home early, and I don't want that as she is really enjoying her work away, so I made the compromise to stay with my brother for at least today so that my partner would not need to ruin her plans.

I guess you cannot trust him again - and frankly both the laggardness when it comes to paying the bills and his behaviour when it comes to the rent are not helpful in that matter - not at all.

Yes it really sounds like laziness and utter incompetences - but honestly that's unfortunately applicable to many public institutions...

Yeah. I mean, he was never a great landlord before but he'd never pulled a stunt like this. I'm totally done with him now. I could accept things like him being too lazy to fix non-essential broken things, and not caring about keeping the building in somewhat decent shape (seriously, the last time this place got maintenance was never), but this is a step too far.

I've considered it, but I would have felt totally guilty if I'd kept the money. :P It's why I never skip class either. I feel much too guilty to enjoy it. :P
