CarrionCrow: No worries on that one. Didn't drink very much, it's already wearing off and I don't get hangovers.

It's a fun show, you might enjoy it. My finding it was a total fluke. Watched a bit, enjoyed it, wanted to watch all of it.
Alright. That sounds like a proper way to drink. So that's a negative on the hour in the bathtub :)

Yeah, I might spend $2 on an episode and see where it goes from there... Sounds like a fun way to start a Saturday morning... playing Planescape Torment now... it's another kind of fun... but it's hard to eat breakfast with that kind of scenery around :)

CarrionCrow: An upshot to being such an early riser...

Coffee does sound good right now. Course, I can't think of many times that it doesn't.

Looking at the weekend sale. It has good items, but I already have them all.
Absolutely! <pours coffee>

There are a lot I don't have, and lots that look good, but I've just been lucky enough to be given 2 games. It was totally unexpected but very welcome as the move took most of the money I had, so buying games is not a good thing for me to be doing now.

Downloading my gifted games now, and looking forward to playing them. And thinking kind thoughts about Hypersomniac and Moonshine..

ZenWan: Hi superstande, thanks for missing me, it means a lot, truly. I've missed you too and your great music, hope you get your game soon.
:) yeah likewise, your music is always welcome here.
my game... hmm... I'm drawing a blank on that one... must be losing my memory in this old age ;)

The bathtub isn't large enough for someone my height. That would be a no-go regardless.
Having to pretend I'm a contortionist isn't my idea of a good time.

Planescape is good. Not a good title if you're not in the mood for reading, but excellent otherwise.

Hi superstand, I haven't played much music lately, except on my iPod, as Youtube uses a lot of broadband, and I don't have any to spare. But I have plenty of music stored up, enough for years of playing.. :-)

Off the top of my head, as I'm about to log off - wasn't it a game called Into the Stars that you were waiting for? Or was I dreaming?

Bye Crow and superstand, thanks for chatting - you brightened my morning. Have a great Saturday, hope to see you tomorrow.

Hi to everyone reading this, enjoy your weekend.

Thank you. =)

Understandable. That doesn't sound like it'd be cheap to do, at all.

Arcanum, Phantasmagoria 1 & 2 and Gabriel Knight stand out for me.
A good roleplaying game, some cheesy FMV horror, and some very highly regarded adventure games.

I hope your weekend's a pleasant one. Have a good day, talk with you later on. =)

Alright...Yeah... sorry that's right, Into The Stars... I was just thinking of maybe something we would have talked before.
Thank you too, have a great day! Yeah there's music everywhere, even outside youtube! :)
I had forgotten just how low in the mix Glenn's vocals were for Circle of Snakes, which sucks because it was a good album otherwise despite sounding a lot more Prong-y than Danzig-y. On a related note, Blackacidevil is underrated and it's both sad and hilarious that everybody freaked out over it enough for Glenn to literally delete it from the Danzig discography.

Ah, had to google 'contortionist' ... it's nice chatting with you Native English speakers, learning new words... sometimes even re-learning. Used to read a lot books in English, now my English is all so bad.
Also yeah... Red Dwarf is awesome - refreshing in its lack of cheap thrills and they use the sci-fi / space theme brilliantly and mix it with humor. Just watched the first episode.
Thanks for the recommendation - and also to DD and whoever else was talking about it :)

Planescape goes well after Torchlight - almost the complete opposite in every way :)
I find my gaming going like that these days - I run my fascination with a certain type of game to the ground, and totally burn off my desire to see anything similar for a long time. So reading huge chunks of original stuff is very welcome at the moment.

interesting bits and pieces from rock or any music history are fun to read... Have you read some autobiographies or do you get all this from internet? ... Can't comment on the names since all that is vaguely familiar is Danzig... but interesting nonetheless :)

If you want to sound fancy, try these:
- quagmire
- sanguine
- ennui
- elucidate
- obfuscate
- axiomatic
- chimeric
All the words you need to sound like a sesquipedialian, loquacious, grandiloquent pedant! Gaze upon all those beneath you with disdain!

I've read a bunch of autobiographies and for a few years music was (and honestly still kinda is) my #1 thing in life so yeah...lots of reading of interviews and stuff on the web :P

so you are practically a rockstar yourself already! :)
But yeah... I guess they give you a perspective in life. I remember reading the Grateful Dead book A Long, Strange Trip... There was also a lot of North American history there, and sort of sociological stuff... how people used to think and live. Really interesting stuff.
