Stilton: Is yours the last of the forum colds? It seemed there were quite a few recently.

I've been managing a painful gut for the last few days (weeks). Its the continuation of my long relationship with IBS and there seems little rhyme or reason to it. At least I'm learning the best coping strategies, which is a positive.
I hope so...hopefully it'll be gone next week.

Quite good actually. Weather was awesome today and the weekend was pretty relaxing which was good :)

Actually they managed to destroy the Firefox PDF plugins.
Not sure how they did it but I've having quite a time getting them right again.
