Hum... the strange thing is that they put almost ALL the games on sale on day 1... then removed everything, and put again a part of them, each day, plus 1 or 2 "new" ones... lol. I don't get it. What can they do for the finale...

Yeah...I don't really get that move either. It's a hype-builder, but it's also a pace destroyer if you can't keep it up.

Hum... the pace is slower than ever... and we already saw all the games, so there's no suspense at all... **sigh**

Just a couple more days and this round will be over. Maybe 3 weeks after that, the second sale will start. More items, maybe more tweaking to the format so it's more energetic.

I think... I'll teach myself LaTeX by forcing myself to write all my answer papers in it. Or is it TeX? Technically I'm running MiKTeX which runs on LaTeX which runs on TeX, which probably runs on a circus clown car made up of old VAX hardware pieces. Despite its vertical-granite-cliff-face-with-no-handholds learning curve, it does allow you to do some simple good looking documents right away.

The numbers don't add up. The bundes say a day, but we have 2 more sale days left, and they've promised something so they can't just leave them there. They'd have a riot if they did anyway.

So during the last 24 hours we are in for a surprise.

I just hope it doesn't involve tentacles, but if it does, please have japanese schoolgirls as well.

According to GOG's tags, I have a perfectly equal number of "Adventure" "Strategy" and "Shooter"... which sounds close to accurate, as those are my three favourite genres. When I look through my library with my own eyes though, first/third person shooters take the lead by about a dozen games.
(GOG's system doesn't include Deus Ex, Thief, or System Shock 2 as shooters, but I do, even if I wouldn't call it their "primary" genre.)
