ddickinson: That happens a lot. Horror movies are much worse than any game, especially the ones that try to be realistic and psychological. They are far worse than any game I have ever played, yet people don't seem to react to them the same way. People just like to complain sometimes, or they overreact. A bit like that Hatred game, or the anime porn stuff. People overreact at first, but once things calm down they see it was nothing really. You don't even have to be that violent in Postal 2, you can pretty much play the whole game without killing the majority of people. I was not too keen on the Apocalypse weekend part of the game, that was more linear and did not make much sense at all.

*raises hand regarding anime porn* First to admit I overreacted a bit about that one. It was a bit of a shock to see such a "different than usual" type of game here, but the next day I thought to myself, "I play Postal 2. I have some major double standards." :-p
At first, the game was actually not violent at all for me, because I'm such a polite and peaceful Agent :-p .... but after a while, I decided to make things a bit more... flaming >:-) The game's tagline is very true - "Remember, it's only as violent as you are!"
