Knitting is awesome... I don't know how to do it, but I'd love to learn some day. I'm beginning to have quite a lovely collection of knit hats from people :-)
I've never tried frog legs... I don't even know where I'd find them here. Maybe some place sells them with bacon wrapped around the? ;-) I'm beginning to shy away from meat though. I may become a vegetarian someday. Not intentionally though. I just eat less and less meat over time...
Halloween crafts? A foam ball, some pipe cleaners, and a couple of googly eyes. Boom. Tarantula!

Last year we we had the big one's birthday party with her friends on Halloween. We helped the kids make real lanterns (with candles in them) from real pumpkins. It was a lot of work, but they had loads of fun, and when it had grown dark, they all went a little trick-and-treat-ing in the neighbourhood with their self-made lanterns. :-)
