It is to an extent, but in Tactics you can drop points on level ups to expand what they're good at.
From what I've heard about Commandos, each character is a specialist who does things no other character can do, so you have to weave all the abilities together to get through levels.

Must be the season! I just did exactly this. Though in hindsight I'm not sure I did a "complete clean reinstall" of Win 7. I put in the discs I made (OEM) when I first got this computer. It did a (very quick!) format, and reinstalled Windows but it looked more like via OEM than a Windows ISO. And I was never prompted to do some of the "first start" stuff that I thought I remembered doing (I did have to make a User Account and select time zone, I didn't need to activate Windows and I didn't make some of the network / IPv6 choices I thought I remembered making a few years ago).

I'm still (lazy) working on copy pasting a couple files I backed up but I have all my updating done, sans game installs (this desktop is mostly my game / browsing / "messing about" computer). I even did some partition stuff - I think I did it in a bit less than ideal manner if I want to make more but I should be okay.

I don't hate Win10, but I don't exactly love it either and I don't think there are any advantages to using it now.
The one thing that I have found annoying (after using it for 30 minutes) is that Kodi now has a 50/50 chance of the audio not working.

I think the big draw is the DirectX support (which isn't really an issue now). I've... taken a "wait and see" / "cross that bridge when I get there" POV. Probably a mistake and should do a bit of preplanning but I think I'll be okay.

Well I've found another thing, file comparison when copying/overwriting.
It used to be just ' File 1 is 5KB and created on', in Win10 it's more annoying with a separate screen.
You might be able to change it back to the previous view of course, but I'm not sure I'm ready to spend the time setting everything back to what I was comfortable with :P

Can't complain too much here aside from the continued miserable weather. Took a nap to get away from that. Now I'm up with a cold beverage, my shoes came in the mail a day early which is always nice, and I'm looking for one more game to add on for my next bit of items to play.
