FearfulSymmetry: Sorry to hear that, hopefully things will get a bit better soon. And yes, it definitely is. :)
Thanks, I appreciate that :-)

LaPtiteBete: Yes :'-((
+1 ;-)

j0ekerr: Was it cloudy? Cloudy days can cause even more sunburn than clear ones. Due to thinking "it's cloudy it shouldn't be so bad"

It kind of is.
As my music teacher liked to tell everyone (why my music teacher? no idea...) "you can still get hypothermia in the summer, and you can still get sunburned in the winter, you moron." One kid showed up to class bright red after snowboarding, having no idea that the sun still shines in the snow :-)

I had no idea about the clouds though.

FearfulSymmetry: Thank you Agent! *big hug* How are you?

True. I should have been more careful, and I usually am, but this time it was tricky because the sun wasn't really shining, yet the light was very intense or something. :P I have very light skin so I burn easily.

Yep, and stupid me forgot to bring the sunscreen.

j0ekerr: EDIT: Nope, not 20 bucks less, my eyes finally caught on the small print and my brain recognized it.
It's all a scam.
Well, good you caught that. Bonus points for not being a moron :-)

He had an excellent point. I went to Canada in the winter on a school exchange trip once and got terribly sunburned.

EndreWhiteMane: Sounds like a lot a not very healthy people in the thread today.
I'll refrain from complaining and just wish all of those folks a speedy recovery.
For all that are feeling fine a big "Good for You". :-)

Sorry I missed DD, if anyone talks to her please send my best wishes and big hugs.
*hugs, waves, handshakes*
Hello Endre.
So take the "good for you then" ;)
I hope you're doing not too bad.
After reading the fine print and doing the math, the big savings would be... -50 cents against the Vodafone plan, with less bandwidth.
Sigh!

Want me to burn Canada to the ground for you? :-) Or how about the sun? :-o
I burn way too easily. Always have chapped lips too. Luckily I'm not very outdoorsy, so it's not too bothersome.

Ha! That's not too bad. You could get an extra cookie every month if you are lucky!

You sound just like me! A slight tap to my skin and I'll walk around with a red spot or bruise for a week. My skin is such a crybaby. ;) But yeah, I'm not too outdoorsy either, so it's not a big deal.
Oh and it's okay, I forgive Canada. And the sun. :P
