All right, screw it. I'll go with something that'll make me scream in general rather than at someone in particular.
Super Meat Boy should work quite well for that.

Because it's in my head and it's evidently not going away any time soon.
So I'll turn the headphone volume up to max, drive myself crazy with a really hard game and make the best of it while gnashing my teeth.

This. I also have a MMO that I play once a week since I am playing then with friends and family members and we all hang out on a TS server. It is just a great way to play something together when you are not living close to each other.
