Hmm...this place is deserted....

*tumbleweed*
I guess everyone is doing chores or playing games. They'll be back :)

Yes think so too. It's weekend after all. But 4 hours without activity is quite long even on weekends :)

Just got back from having my partial heat stroke while running errands.

How's it going?

Whoa...that sounds awful. Sounds like you're living in a forge ;)

I'm doing good here - looks like the toothache is not coming back, yay!
Otherwise i'm still looking at the promo page to decide on what to get...

How are you aside from the partial heat stroke?

Good night to some, evening to others.

Between the time of the gurgling of the content bellies after lunch, and the setting of the summer sun. There was an age unpowered of. It is I, the rabid lagomorph who alone can tell thee of this saga. Let me tell you of the hours of no electricity.

Sure dodged a bullet there, I had decided to read for the afternoon and everything was off. Because according to my neighbours, there was a rather nasty power surge, rumour tells that it reached up almost to 500 volts. Fortunately my block wasn't affected by the surge like others, I've heard neighbourly tales of smoking TVs and other such devices, but I still was left without electricity for almost 5 hours. With 38ºC.

Been kind of away, and being the hyperactive/apathetic ball of schizophrenia I am I don't feel motivated to face the 40 or more pages of unread comments.

A flagon of mead and the head of the Bieber creature on a spike to whoever brings me the shortest digest of what I've missed these days.

Not sure about the digest, but it seems that sometime today this thread became the second longest on the GOG forums.

It's not quite that severe, I just complain a lot about the heat. -laughs-

Very good to hear. Toothaches are some of the most miserable shit possible.

Not the greatest selection in the world for the weekend sale. I have a few items that I can't even remember when I picked them up...

Right now conditions are improving. Got out of the sun, sitting in front of my fan and nursing an absurdly large container of ice-cold diet Dr. Pepper.

Certainly sounds like it if people are getting their tech scorched by that power surge.
Course, the consolation prize of slow roasting for hours sucks all kinds of sweaty ass.

Good news for you, though - you're not schizophrenic. Bad news? You might be bipolar. ;)

As for everything else, I honestly couldn't say. Have been back and forth, zoning out a lot since it's 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit in my space all day long and it's starting to fry my brain, I think.

Bipolar? That'd explain my magnetic personality.

No I don't know what that means either.

At noon, the thermometer went over 95 and it didn't go again under that until it was well past nine o'clock.
It topped at 104.

Good evening. =)

You're right. Not bad for a little less than 6 and a half months.

Thanks - yes the pain was quite nasty sometimes...
Yes. But i heard that Rogue Troope is quite good and i'm also somewhat interested in the Judge Dredd game and i'm still thinking of EE III although i know that it's pretty bad....

Good to hear that. Never actually tasted Dr. Pepper. I think it got to Germany only recently. I'm currently having my third beer :)

Good evening. That sounds really annoying. Five hours without power...maybe you're lucky as there wasn't much activity here in the thread the last hours.
*decides to stop lurking for a bit* Good evening everyone *hugs and waves*
