toxicTom: I have quite a mountain of work piled up, and a deadline for early August (with me having two weeks of holidays in July). And I'm really tired. Went to bed at 9:30 last night but couldn't sleep until past midnight - just kind of dozing - and then I woke up at ~2:30 and spent another hour trying to get back to sleep. Got up at 6...
Whoa...so that leaves about a month for this work then...and that's a bad sleep - hope that this will be an isolated case and not becoming more regular. I had similar issued the last two days. It took me forever to sleep...

So if you have been wanting it that long. Why are you so against steam? Of course the client can be a bit annoying and I also prefer DRM-free games, but I also have some on steam that I could not get otherwise.

I use Steam and I'm content.
I just calculate what a game is worth as a service and decide then.
And I mostly play DotA 2 sooo gotta have Steam.

Biggest problem is that my backlog is so enormous that I won't spend anything on the Steam sale. I have what I want anyway and I just can't test games, due to the backlog.
