tinyE: Well I'm still new into the game but I was farting around some outpost and the guy had some bone armor that looked cool so for fun I looked at the stats, and it was way stronger than all the stuff I was currently using. :P Like I said it's early on, so maybe the stuff I had was just totally worthless crap. :P
And remember that scissors cut paper, and that paper can wrap a stone, but a stone blunts scissors!

I should be a game developer...

Well it has some weaknesses bt i really enjoyed it - especially Rebellion. What about Endless Space or are you looking for a more combat-focused 4x like Sword of the Stars?

I own Endless space, it's sitting on the shelf at the moment. I haven't tried it yet, but I got it very cheaply. My pc wouldn't be able to run it anyway ... .I recently tried some distant worlds: universe, and I have to look into that one some more ... such depth I haven't ever laid my eyes on I think.

Besides those, I own space empires 5, Armada 2526, sword of the stars, star ruler, reach for the stars, and galactic civilizations 2. And masters of orion 1+2+3 here on GOG, because apparently you have GOT to have those. I haven't tried them yet though :p

Well that's a nice selection. What about Master of Orion? Especially the second 2 which is supposed to be a classic. (Haven't played it yet)

I own them here on GOG, but like I said I haven't tried them. I only started amassing RTS's and 4X games in the past 4 years, and then mostly from the 1995-2005 era ;)

I'll download them now, I've become curious ... and then I have to wip out my bankcart for space empires (which occording to many is also a must) ;)
