Yes they aren't my favourite either but their games look interesting....but they can't always live up to that from what i've heard..

I guess much of it is to do with BA (that poor excuse for a visual interactive novel was just a big mess), but it's just the company and the guy in general. The stuff they do to customers would get other companies slated, but for some reason he seems immune. I am not saying my list of not buying from is a logical list, mostly things that have just rubbed me the wrong way. And today I found out about another game (Spacebase DF-9) where they just abandoned it and decided not to finish it, despite taking peoples money in Early Access.

Do you think you will be getting the new game, is it one that appeals to you?

Well i found both Broken Age and thi one quite inleresting looking but i don't think that i'll get them now. Possible with a deep discount but i don't have any intention to support Double FIne at the moment and for full price....and Broken Age seems to be disappointing in the end...

Broken Age definitely does not look like the classic adventure game he promised. What I wonder is that he originally asked for a lot less than he got, so how bad would it have been if he only got that amount, given how bad the game is after all that money?

I did not follow it all too closely, but I think the documentary was part of the original pitch, but I could be mistaken. It's not just that game though, there are lots of little things. I just don't like the company, or any company that treats customers like it does.
