CarrionCrow: I have got to stop reading the forum.

It's making my head hurt and I'm getting reminded that while the GOG community has some good people, it also has just as many people who happen to be absolute morons, just like the rest of the internet and planet in general.
Howdy Crow!

Try not to think too much about the non-thinking... :)

I find the community regulars are seemingly having some fun with the new crowds forming. heh!

moonshineshadow: *big calming hug* Are you refering to a special thread or just the general situation at the moment? ;-)
General atmosphere.

CarrionCrow: General atmosphere.
Yeah... many new people asking the same question in new threads all the time... and many older and newer members who start derailing the threads or sometimes outright attacking people.

ddickinson: I knew I should have locked the door once we were all in here. That would save you all from going outside into the general forum. It's dangerous out there. :-)
Not so much dangerous as patience-testing.

If you read through a thread and have to stifle the urge to start screaming before you get halfway through it? And that happens multiple times? Bit of a red flag there.

I haven't seen any of the attacking thus far, then again, I'm mostly watching this thread and the "what did just update" Thread and just quickly browsing, trying to avoid repeatedly asked and answered questions.

Every once in awhile I look around for the missing PMs too... :/

ddickinson: Really, you never sent a PM? Remarkable. You must be the best ninja gifter there is, how else can you explain a gift code that appeared from you in my PM box? :-)
I meant, since the changes. :-)

I actually just exchanged some chat messages with Cyraxpt to help him get a game. Chat is awful.

I know nothing about no gift codes.

Or those damn people who keep changing their forum identity without asking Moon first for permission. ;-)

But on the bright side, some of the threads do put a smile on my face, not always for the right reasons, but they can be "interesting". :-)

Yes, it is not the best designed chat system. Pressing enter sends the message instead of a new line, the text box is only two or three lines high, so if you write a longer message it gets hidden, and worst of all you can still lose messages after you press send, so I am having to check that things sent okay. I was hoping that at least that problem would be fixed.

No one needs to ask my permission for that. I just don't like them anymore :P

That's a shame. Without hugs I might not be able to find the strength to change my title back. In fact, I might have to start a new daily avatar trend. :-)

(Only joking, sorry for teasing.)

*Big happy hugs for Moon, even though I got no hugs from her :-( *

Oh, I like it a lot, it's very atmospheric. It feels sort of threatening just to look at it. The cloud-like swirls around the planet look really good too. Awesome work! :)
Hmpf....can't access general discussions again. Theodore doesn't allow it....*sigh*

It went pretty well, no blunders. :P And I made a well-received underwear joke. Those are always good when standing in front of a class.
Hey everyone.

Glad you like it :)
That was what I was going for, from what you'd said about the story atmospheric and threatening seemed right :)
