Thanks for the tips on the Icewind expansions, I haven't yet played them, even though that elusive Heart of Winter expansion was what brought me to GoG. heh!

Good morning, afternoon and evening to everyone, here, not yet here, and to you lurkers too.
Hope all is well with everyone and the weekend was a good one for each of you (or as best as can be).

All is well here, just played a bit of Kingdom Rush this morning, and now I'm getting ready to
run some errands, so I can't stay long, but I'll probably be back later.

Stardock is a piece of shit. No matter what GOG's problems might be, I have never had a problem with getting stuff immediately.

Sci-fi sounds good since I just finished off Icewind. I now know that I did those expansions out of order so hard, since the last boss went down like nothing. It was like a 5 minute fight, tops. -laughs-

Not a problem. Just uninstalled Icewind 1 and sent it to the dead games pile, since the Cult of the Undead Feline (named so for the dead cat I got from a magical item that spews out random stuff once a day and kept as a mascot for the rest of the game) wiped out the last boss in no time.

Now I'm conflicted between wanting to dive into 2 and finding something that has no fantasy stuff to it at all.

Just completed Colonization. Won independence war on 1805 against England.
That was some heavy fighting. King was pretty pissed, I guess, at me for wanting to keep all that land :)

Rather disappointing, sadly. My wife was working all day on her training stuff. The kids were very unruly and in a foul mood. I had to rollout bugfixes for work - usually a matter of minutes but then I encountered a problem *sigh*

Well, so much for picking something without fantasy stuff.
Just set up a party for my evil run through Icewind 2 instead. If I don't end up with the option to take everything over after I kill off the enemy bosses, I'm going to be very disappointed.
