It's all about pros and cons with video games.

Pro? Finally rented Bloodlines.

Con? To do a full run, I have to play as a Toreador AKA the stuck-up snobby asshole my Malkavian and Nosferatu terrorize, torture and eventually kill.

BillyMaysFan59: you mean playing Star Wars games? :P Nah, won't be able to do that for a week, I'm on a camping trip. ;)
OK then. I hope you're having fun.

Almost got that but went for Call of Juarez instead.
I have enough rpgs to start my own store. :-)

Howdy Everyone!

Yeah, they do have a habit of stacking up pretty badly.

Good evening. =)

People blasting droids and I'm blasting Zerg. Really,Starcraft aged really well.Hope I find people here that cares about the lore, even though is very inspired 40K(it was supposed to be a 40K game after all) before GW rejected to give Blizzard the rights. Little did they know the little success that the game would've had over the years.
The butterfly effect at full force.
Anyone watching/listening to/following the Mayweather Pacquiao fight tonight?

I'm following the BBC coverage at least. The PPV prices are ridiculous, £20 in the UK and $100 in the US apparently?
Good Moo-nings!

Ate too much pizza last night, fell asleep too early (in terms of a hardcore gamer, I should have stayed up past midnight playing a game.)
But I did beat Tekken 2 on normal, so the day wasn't a complete waste :p
Sony store sells this old stuff for PS Vita these days, Tekken 2 was 2,50 eur.
Although I got destroyed for about 20 times on hard difficulty in stage 2 :)
Now it's Colonization, trying to figure out when to declare independence and face the "boss fight"... never won this game before, exciting...

Good morning, superstande, good to see you. I haven't played Colonization yet, although it is one of the games I own. My list is very small compared to most people here, but I enjoy playing what I have. I think I'll try that next when I have time, after the move.

A little music for you, and anyone who's out there listening in to my jazz choices. Glad I have a few listeners now. :-)

One of my favourite jazz numbers, iconic in more ways than one if you're a South African.

Abdullah Ibrahim - Mannenberg

and, still in the southern hemisphere, another jazz icon...

moonshineshadow: Just *giving you an extra big hug* since our timing does not really match most of the time :D
How very kind of you to notice me, dear Moon, and send me a hug.

That really made my day.

An extra big Zenhug on its way to you this morning...
Morning ZenWan!
Having a small list of games has its benefits too! :)
Not rarely do I stare at the library thinking, "This game is another epic, when do I have the time?" :)
Thanks for the music again!
Been playing some Indian fusion stuff (from India, not Native American) but things can get a bit too "yber-mystical" after some hours...

Hi superstande, you're right - at least I don't spend hours trying to decide what to play! Hope you're recovering from your pizza hangover.

Thanks for the music link, that's a whole new kind of music for me - the only Indian musician whose work I know is Ravi Shankar, I think I prefer him. :-)

For any jazz lovers, check out The New Jazz Thing, where you can listen to jazz for 2 hours a day, all the latest releases, etc. Great site.

Have a good day / afternoon / night, everyone.
