I 'spose if I mention them, nobody will send me a gift... because there is only a 50% chance they will gift me the right one... The other would go to waste.
On the other hand, people here are insane...
I can't trust anyone in chess or ninja-gifting...
Hmmm.... dunno what to do....
OHH! My favorite song just started playing!!! *runs away*
Agent.... Agent.... *sigh*

If you do not come back right now Agent, I will tell Owl you have been a bad boy, then she will put you in the oubliette. :-)

EndreWhiteMane: Hi DD, feeling better after being able to eat some real meals again. :-)
Glad you're doing well and that you have nice weather, it's very nice here too though we need some rain.
Nothing in the bundles or sale that really catches my eye.
I am so glad to hear you are feeling better. You have had me a little worried, just like Hyper has at the moment.

We get a nice mixture of rain and sun during spring and summer, which many people hate, but I love it, and the crops love it as well. You seem to have some very strange weather in your part of the US. Lots of snow, floods, then not enough rain. I hope you will have some soon.

Nothing at all for you from the bundle or the weekend sale?

By the way. Havent had time to try the war bundle yet. Only faces of war a little bit. Lots of micromanagement

ddickinson: Good day!

I have never heard of the Lobo's Back Sage, but I gather finding them for 5 bucks is a very good find?
avatar
j0ekerr: After checking ebay a bit, apparently not that much.

But they're old comics (early 90's) being sold at their cover price.

Which is cheap enough.

But it still must be quite a kick in the nads to all those comic book speculator of the time, to find that the books they bought 20 copies of each have not grown in value at all, but actually lost it.

I hear youngblood comics are good for starting fires.

superstande: *cheers*
Lobo is that strange demonic character right?
avatar
j0ekerr: Lobo's this guy. He's a staple of the 90's antihero. Although he devolved from a stone cold no-nonsense killer into a joke character not unlike deadpool.

A weekend promo alongside a bundle promo? What is this? Is this madness?

THIS. IS. GOOOOOOOOOOG!

So this is the last floor.

I'm getting the divinity bundle.
:)
Ah yeah remember that strange fellow vaguely from my childhood... Wish they'd make a game about him.
Developers, hello! :)

I want so many games but my clickety-fingers are saying Noooo! ;)
avatar
CarrionCrow: If everyone could find a post from D and +1 it, that would be hugely appreciated.
She just ninja gifted me the missing parts of my Mount and Sword series collection, so it's now complete. =)
avatar
ddickinson: You deserve it. It's always nice to gift the gifters. I just wish there was more on the bundles for Owl and Moon so I could have gifted them a few games each to repay their kindness and generosity this week.

Are there any other games on the new bundles that look interesting to you? (I promise not to gift any you might mention.) :-)
Summer is coming....if they don't get ninja gifted now, they will eventually, guaranteed. ;)

For right now, what's coming to mind from the whole thing that look good -

Divinity: Original Sin
The entirety of the Mount and Blade Pack
Gothic 1 and 2 (3 if you're a series completionist as well)
Space Colony HD
Master Orion 1 and 2
Deus Ex
Anachronox
Adventures of Shuggy
Lego Batman
The entirety of the History Lessons bundle
The entirety of the Pack of War bundle
The entirety of the horror game bundle (the original title lost its novelty, so I'm giving it its own designation)
The entirety of the Shoot 'Em Up Attack Pack
The entirety of the Wacky Indies bundle
The entirety of the Indie Platformers bundle
The entirety of the D&D bundle (Yes, I'm including ToEE, Dragonshard and Demon Stone)
The entirety of the Divinity Trilogy
The entirety of the Lucasfilms Adventures bundle
The entirety of the Broken Sword Saga bundle

That's a shame. I like the look of them, but I know the micro-management would annoy me, so I will pass on them.

Only one game for me, but I am in no rush for it, so I will wait for another day and a better price. But lots of really good games on offer, so hopefully many people will be happy getting some great games at some great prices.

(Isn't she in Belgium for the day? ... I'll worry about the consequences tomorrow ;-p)

j0ekerr: ... What about scales?
Scales? We have reptilians here? How exciting!

I suppose that would require a hug, since scales can't be ruffled... :P

Luckily, I always bring a few extra wigs (for the hairless, or sparsely haired)
and feathers (in case anyone is wearing a hat).

ddickinson: Well, to make a quote from Warhammer 40K:

"There is no such thing as innocence, only degrees of guilt." :-)
Amen to that, pyro sister. ;)

There definitely are a lot of bundles with some awesome games. It's been a very good promo I think, and the discounts have been good as well.

I will tell her if you do not behave. You know I will do it. Do you really thing been in Belgium will be a factor, she is Owl, mighty, wonderful, and wrathful. :-)

ddickinson: Two games you say? And what games would those be? :-)

Being in the Midwest where there are no mountains or major bodies of water leaves us at the mercy of the weathers whims.
It's usually quite moderate but very unpredictable.
I see a lot of things that tempt me in the sales but one look at my backlog says no. :-)

It was either that 40K quote, or this 40K quote:

"There is no such thing as a plea of innocence in my court. A plea of innocence is guilty of wasting my time. Guilty!"

But I am not sure who said that one. There might be other quotes, but none that I can remember at the moment. I prefer the first quote overall.
I'm back....interesting bundles :) *hugs and waves*

avatar
ElTerprise: Okay...I'll be off for the moment...see you all later *hugs and waves* :)

ddickinson: See you later. Have fun doing whatever you are off to do. *return hug*
Hmmm...i wouldn't describe washing the dishes as fun :D
