AgentBirdnest: Good mornoon, everyone... *hugs and helmet tips*

What's this I hear about a gift limit? I didn't know there was a limit.
Good morning. =)

From what I skimmed of the updated GOG policy stuff from a while back, they loaded up a limit of (I think) 5 gifts per day.
I think that applies to purchasing the same item more than 5 times, but not certain.

How's your day going?
avatar
CarrionCrow: Tenchu...another series halfway lost to the mists of time.
Makes me think of Mark of the Ninja, that's supposed to be a good stealth game. Not 3-D like Tenchu, but sometimes you have to take what you can get.
avatar
Antimateria: Mark of the ninja is a good game I haven't finished that but it is not tenchu. It's a sidescroller, still good.
That's the shitty part of it all. They got what they figured they could wring out of the series, and now it's dead.
Companies do that with good series far too often.

Like in dead space it was good series until they just made a cliffhanger I was like "what the fuck!" also hatoufull for people for playing battlefield I would have been exited if they would continue that deadshit.

From everything I've heard and read, EA ran Dead Space into the ground after 2.
It truly takes a pack of paint huffing imbeciles to emphasize multiplayer garbage in a goddamn survival horror game.

Hmm... Interesting. I've always planned on buying like 20 copies of NOLF if that ever gets here, but I guess that would take a few days... (And it would take money that I don't have :-P)

It's going well here. Slept way more than usual, which is nice.

It just is what it actually is.. Me:"omg, finally a good game" "developer: it didn't sell well so we must make it accessable and crappy" "then me: What a crappy sequel" "developer: well that did not sell, series is buried"

I say that people just get stupid with their phones. It actually might be true. Ps I don't have a smart phone. =P

Maybe you'll have more cash on hand when the companies can stop being idiots for a minute and get it all resolved. =)

Sleep is nice. Have been avoiding desk sleeping more lately, an actual bed really improves the experience. -laughs-

Right. As soon as the word "accessible" comes into play, the game's got a 90 percent chance of being dog shit after it gets butchered into coleslaw, then spread paper-thin, so devoid of depth or thought that a lobotomized chimp could clear it.

And speaking of phones, now Nintendo's going into mobile games. Should be funny to see what they have to do once the Mario/Zelda/Samus well finally runs dry.

And even witcher 2 it had total concole UI and what I have seen gameplay in w3 is pretty action.. It was just that in some forum which I say again "what, you have blades and they have usage" So, atleast it makes you use some kind of table. Why should every rpg suddenly be total action game? And yes, they should not.

I nowadays just hate gamers and their simple mindness. Too much? Never. I had to restrain my tongue. Hopefully w3 is awesome though. =P

Honestly? I'm waiting for Cyberpunk even more than Witcher 3, and by far.

An RPG where my character can have half a ton of metal shoved into them, making them a cross between a walking armored personnel carrier and a Tasmanian devil on PCP, hunting down people even crazier and more full of tech than they are? Hell. Fucking. Yes. =)

Not sure exactly when they decided to implement it, but Moonshine was having problems grabbing more Loom gifts because of it.

I was asking why in a different thread and someone responded that GOG needed a way to keep people in check who'd try to buy in bulk during sales, then trade those to people for full price later on to turn a profit.
