It's not that I don't want to talk about it, but... I wouldn't even know what to say, where to start... I don't think it's "serious" ; it's not "new" either... but it's complicated. I feel overwhelmed. I think I should go to see a psychologist and ask for help.

I am sorry to hear that. I am by no means a psychologist, but if you should ever want someone to talk to, my PM is always there for you. I can't promise any spectacular advice, but I can offer a friendly ear to listen to you. But only if you wanted to, it's fine if you would rather keep things for a psychologist.

That's very kind... thanks, DD... I don't look for any spectacular adive (I don't expect it from a psychologist either)... a friendly ear, that's a lot :) but I hate to complain. At least the psychologist is paid to bear that ^^

You are a single parent with a full time job, I can't imagine not feeling somewhat overwhelmed at times.
I applaud you for being able to do that, and for your being a wonderful parent on top of it all.
Are you due any vacation (leave) time from work soon? Sounds like exactly the ticket, a stress free week to just have fun and do whatever you want. :-)

Not sure what you mean with "in-between", but I use the term for a meal that substitutes lunch and dinner when it's too late for the former and too early for the latter. :-)
