I'd have to say because likely the tail of Bloodrayne Betrayal has already ended. Consider it's probably a 2012 or so game, and it's unlikely to be sold much on XBLA, and it's been on steam probably for at least a year.

As for 75% of, that assumes you have the first and second game already, otherwise it's 50%; So literally at this point it's 'we trying to make any money from this at all' point.
