The old schedule's final week at Twitch.tv/GOGcom.

Thanks to everyone who joined in our birthday celebrations! Now that we have cleaned up the confetti and finished what remained of the cake, we are back to work on an all-new version of our channel, and along with it - a new schedule.

In the meantime, activity continues buzzing over at Twitch.tv/GOGcom - below the widget is the schedule until the end of this week, when the change is expected to happen!

Classicor: Yup, I´m back from my break, and there will be a new classic RPG game night tonight - and I´m currently looking for suggestions for the game to play :) I´m half tempted to continue Ultima6, but turning that into a whole series would take forever - foooorever.

So, any suggestions? :D
NWN 1, NWN 2, Icewind Dale EE and Planescape Torment would be nice to see.

amund: I would love to see Neverwinter Nights or Icewind Dale. RPGs are always time consuming though, at least the old ones. I can easily spend a few hours just creating characters.

Classicor: Ture, haracter creation is sooo important... even though I have to say since i don´t min-max my stats, I can save some time there :)
I don't min max my stats either (usually). I can still spend hours in character creation though. XD

Getting the character *just* right for the setting/story in the game is required for roleplaying! ;)

Classicor: I´m confused - how/why would us woprking on our streaming schedule require you to register somewhere?
It's not about the content, it's about the information about the streams. If you announce the streams here then there's no problem, but when you use a 3rd party message service it most likely will require a registration and a login.
So far I've had recorded every stream (actually every time slot where a stream had been announced) to not miss a stream, because the announcements are quite unreliable. But with up to 6 streams a day this is not practical anymore and I have to restrict the downloads.

Classicor: We are currently working on an improved and more reliable time table for the streams with increased dependability and information in regards to streams being cancelled, delayed or shuffled around; for the viewers it´s still just tuning in and enjoying the show - only that you will get more content to watch, and in a more reliable manner :D
That, that, that! It really would be appreciated. And it's so much needed!

Eiii, in terms of schedule and announcements that will perfectly fit your needs, it should be in there in mid-September (can't promise the exact date as we have lots of work to do). No registration, clear announcements and knowledge exactly what will happen when - this is what we're working on :)

And regarding speedpainting, I will go through units chosen by chat and do a big poster-like tribute to the saga! Hope you guys will like it!

The fastest way to deliver these informations is usually Twitter, especially when you follow the person who is supposed to be doing a show but has to cancel on short notice (whih usually happens due to bad health or real life getting in the way unexpectedly). We are also looking into updating this thread faster, but that can get a bit cluttered and isn´t as instantaneous - again with the planned changes and the recent influx of streamers, we just need a little more time to figure everything out. But we´re trying :)

I'm quite disappointed that GeordyJones was excised from GOGcom, but I didn't understand the conflict. What was the dispute? Did Geordy want more long play videos while GOG wants more sale promotion stuff? I enjoy most of the streamers, but I really liked that Geordy would go into some depth about the game's systems and UI. Even the jokes about how long it would take him to actually start the game added to the fun.

Well, "insane" was us trying to fit as much of it as we could into the schedule... now let´s just hope the release fairy is kind to us and there are no last minute delays. BUT I do FULLY expect you folks to show up on that day! :D
