Looks interesting. Reminds me somewhat of The Sims. Just the same publisher - Frozen District. House Flipper is made by Empyrean.

That Goodfellas bit in the trailer was hilarious.

As a landlord I want to t try this game (even when I'm not American where this is based on) I want to see how true to real life the game was or it took a more whisical turn.

Also if there's shitty tenants, I also want a chance to play as shitty landlord as well for laugh. Not because I'm a horrible landlord, trust me guys!

I'm a little lost, I thought it was a playway game.

This kind of looks like The Sims.
