From puzzle platformers to rapid-fire arcade games – The Elephant Collection is coming soon to GOG!

It remasters ten of jmtb02’s classic blue elephant games into one mammoth-sized package! This decalogy of Armor Games classics is lovingly tied together by a new overarching metanarrative and includes the following titles:

This is the Only Level 1, 2, and 3
Achievement Unlocked 1, 2, and 3
Elephant Quest
Obey! the Game
Run, Elephant, Run
Elephant Rave

The Elephant Collection, soon on GOG!
Appreciate the throwback to late 90s/early 2000s Commercial Euro Trance there.
I feel like this is basically a meme I wasn't aware of.
No there is an elephant in the way.
So...anyone here willing to talk about the elephant in the room?
Or the one next door, in the porcelain store?
I used to play a lot of games by jmtb02 back then in the Flash game era. My favorites were the Ball Revamped series and Exit Path. What a nostalgia trip!

Turns out i've been following John Cooney for years on Twitter; I assume I started due to him posting indie gamedev stuff
I'm having a weird case of Deja vu...
Weren't these games announced already? ':)
I don't think this was the correct reaction to the Mario Wonder direct.

I was a fan of the Dark Cut series.
So we're re-releasing flash games now? Wonder how overblown the price will be. 20 bucks?

Isn't this technically what could be classified as shovelware?

No, we've been re-releasing Flash games for some time. This isn't the first one. Some people have fond memories of some Flash games and it's nice to have them made more accessible. I never really played any Flash games but it's nice for those that want them. (Although technically the older Aminita games—Machinarium etc.—are Flash games and I did play those, albeit not in a web browser.)

I don't think so. The game page says the games are "lovingly tied together by a new overarching metanarrative" and "Every game in The Elephant Collection has remastered artwork for both original and higher resolution play. All music and sound effects, originally compressed for the web, are now at a higher bitrate and quality." So there was some effort put into it.
