The Axis Unseen is a heavy metal horror game created by one of the developers of Skyrim, Starfield and Fallout – and it’s coming soon on GOG!

Hunt nightmarish monsters from ancient folklore in a mysterious open world, collecting their enhanced sense powers and discovering elemental arrows. Beware, the hunter is also the hunted.

Wishlist it now!
Created by one of the developers of Skyrim, Starfield and Fallout. Will it be a bugfest with a touch of CTDs?
Okay. So we can expect memory leaks, things shooting through the air because they were initially stuck in the ground and things generally not working as the description says… That's my experience with Skyrim and the newer Fallout games.

"The development team of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim consisted of roughly a hundred people."

"[...] around 250 developers were still assigned to Starfield, which represents roughly 55% of Bethesda's 450-person crew."

Well, I guess, we just need to hope, that it wasn't this one developer in particular, who screwed everything up, huh?
I still have hopes for this game, it looks interesting. Wishlisted :)
What is a "heavy metal horror game"? Does it mean that the mobs are robots? Is the protagonist going mad due to lead poisoning?
An immersive game about traveling an enchanted forest with a bow could be great, but the whole "heavy metal and bones and nightmares" angle is not really my thing.

Robots need not be made of heavy metal. They could also be made of light composites...

high rated
The smarter thing to do would be for the dev to have not announced that he worked on Starfield.

That's a detriment to his resume, not an accomplishment.
Wishlisted, the OST probably won't be laden with heavy riffs, but the screenshots remind me of BLACKTAIL. :)

Edit: Watched (parts of) a video in which the dev talks about the game and his thoughts on design (among other things). I dig it. :)

Humbly suggesting the subtitle of "With Fire and Bow".
Wishlisted and notify me'ed.

Not because it is made by that One Guy who made 1/100th of Skyrim, but because the trailer looked tasty. Heck, I'd pay 40€ for that trailer alone!

Also, it will be interesting to see what one man can do alone(?), considering I just read this article which once again talks about the skyrocketing development costs of (AAA) games, needing more and more people and up to 6 years to develop one game, which in turn may mean less and less AAA games in the future (per year):

https://www.gamefile.news/p/nintendo-microsoft-square-fewer-games

Then again, I have hard time comprehending why would one person alone try to do everything (starting from music etc.) since it doesn't seem feasible one person can be good at everything related to game development.

The common practice is to use contractors/freelancers.
Credits list them.
Sooooo...SCP: Sirenhead, which was already modded into games years ago.

Looks about the same, but not in the least interesting.
