They really do.
The artist or one of the artists responsible is Thomas Feichtmeir, in case anyone's wondering.
Also did contribute to Blasphemous and an upcoming tactical RPG called Zodiac Legion.

I didn't play Blasphemous, but I did see screenshots and some videos, and that game sure looks great.
