My first thought was; but we already have it here. Then I read that it is a redone new game. Sounds good as I liked the original.

THAT is the way to advertize for a game. Do your best to not say anything that might actually lead to people buying the game. Honestly - if that is how news posts will look in the futire, simply post a link and let us do our own work by clicking on it and gather information ... you could also just post a wiki link which would make it even more easy for you.

I guess this means if you like and / or haven't played the old one and don't own it already, you should get it while you can in case they don't bundle it with the new version!

The first one can be played either first or third person, for this remake there's still no sure info about that.

Why renaming the game card for the first version instead of giving this one the name with the year?

Causing a useless re-download, breaking my history log and just creates a negative bias for the new version...

A remake of the original game seems pointless. Look I know Frogwares need the money but it feels like an act of desperation to remake one of their more successful Holmes games because they think they can ride the wave of nostalgia. It feels all very cynical, the original got it right first time. Why not remake the newer games that were rubbish? If you want a really scary game to remake why not remake Mystery of the Mummy? Now THAT game was so bad it was scary. Ha, ha!

Game Delayed and Here's Why

"We had been trying so hard to make our planned release window, but the near-daily interruptions to power on top of the missile attacks that come every 10 days or so, meant we had to replan everything.
