Defy all odds as you set sail on a quest filled with mystery, danger, and supernatural powers!

And, of course don’t forget to mark your calendars – Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew is coming on August 17th, 2023. Ahoy!
Thanks to Mimimi, for making it official, much appreciated.

I loved Blades of the Shogun, and that's even with my utter disinterest in the setting, and I actually hoped the next game might be pirate themed. But I really wish they didn't make it so... Disney and Pirates of the Caribbean-ish.
Frigato: Shadows of the Caribbean, which is semi-confirmed for a GoG release too might pull it off better as far as the theme and setting is concerned.

We'll see, Shadow Gambit may end up not as whimsical and Di$ney-ish as the promo material so far has made it out to be.

Thank you Mimimi and GOG for making it possible and bringing it here on a release date! I'm happy that our once unofficial info becomes a reality, I'm so happy! Thank you! <3
Soo happy to see this here, thank you Mimimi & GOG!
Thank you very much!!!
Cool, glad to see they changed their mind after saying there's no current plans to bring it here. Definitely looking forward to it : )

The 'ghost pirates' theme was a big turn-off for me when the game was first announced, but I tried the demo during Steam Next Fest and I have to admit it completely won me over. Day 1 buy for sure.
As a big fan of Shadow Tactics and Monkey Island, I am obviously going to buy this one and plan to enjoy it a lot.

But maybe not on day one, due to a lack of a Linux build. I will most probably wait until it is available for 10€.
The same game with a Linux build would have got a sale at release from me, not even looking at the price tag.
Oh, now I get why they're called Mimimi Games. xD

Wishlisted, will buy it as soon as it releases. :)

To be fair to pirate themes... The whole swashbuckling, voodoo, curse, magic thing were pirate themes long before Disney came in with Pirates of the Caribbean.
Minimum requirements at time of accessing game page include GTX 1050 Ti, Installation of the game on an SSD disk is required [this is just a pet peeve of mine, it shouldn't be strictly necessary imo], and system requirements are still preliminary and still subject to change.

I would prefer a less "Disneyfied" look too, as much as the colors pop in some of these screenshots, but gonna be a moot point for me with the requirements I think; I don't trust devs/pubs* to not increase requirements in future (as I read happened with Cyberpunk/expansion).

*Edit: speaking generally here. Not calling out this particular dev/pub or anything.

Very excited for this game.
My most anticipated game in a long time.
I've been hoping for a GOG release since the game was teased.

Now that it's official, I'm finding myself not entirely sure I'll buy it here anyway.
GOG failing to consistently keep their offline installers up to date, and making it increasingly inconvenient to bulk update my local backups, is really turning me off doing more purchases here.
