Swedrami: Apparently this is properly launching with v1.0 on the 28th of May, will be interesting to watch if there's - again - going to be an effort to either have it not be put up for sale at all or delay the GoG release for as much as possible, because of... reasons.
If it gets released here either on day-1 or a little later then it's likely thanks to the developer and them having just enough weight behind their vote to surpass the publisher's.

Assuming it will be released on GoG at all... looks like it got completely delisted and this forum thread is the only remaining mention of the game on GoG. Wonder what went wrong...

3D Realms being a subsidiary of Saber Interactive since March (when Embracer sold off 3D Realms) is what went wrong.
RIPOUT might still get a release here eventually (like Phantom Fury did after a bit of a delay), but considering the current delisting I wouldn't hold my breath either.

Maybe the implementation of the online multiplayer component in Galaxy turned out to be too difficult or not up to snuff? There have been cases in the past of the DRM-free GoG release scrapped entirely just because of that.
Even if this gets a gog release, I'm done with 3D Realms.
