Get ready to play as Death's Daughter in a hand-drawn, black-and-white 2D point-and-click adventure game
Genre: Adventure
Wow, amazing drawings!
this looks like something to wishlist, the store page mentions the hotspot indicator and fast travel. no word on manual saving, that might be its downfall. there's a demo on steam, should be here too.

I doubt they won't include manual saving in a classic point and click. I am pretty sure they simply did not think it is worth mentioning and that is the reason they did not mention it. Here you can downmload the (early) demo DRM-free.

I backed this one and once again completely forgot the release date ... nice surprise that it will be ready soon. :)

you'd be surprised how many point & clicks don't have manual saving (or any number of other basic features) these days.

I took the liberty and asked the dev on social media ... completely forgot to check if there was any reply. Tooday I checked and I can confirm that he intends to allow manual saves as well :)

that's great. I ask devs less and less often these days, usually not worth it.

Especially with small indie devs you often will get a reply. These guys still appreciate their future customers and treat them with respect. The bigger the dev the worse the communication - that is my experience.

again, you'd be surprised how many small indie devs don't give a fuck or are scummy, toxic or whatever.

Well, in that case I guess I should be lucky that I mostly have contacted those who obviously cared :)
