Hey, dumbass: which "copy editor" are you talking about? That's taken from the game description provided by the devs, and the game itself uses the term (among other genres).

BTW, there's a demo on Steam. Also, it's not Windows-only, there's a Mac version.

Have my doubts about a "citizen" AI:

The first sentient AI is not born into a city but deep underground in a very restricted, low-pop, self-sufficient, area. (usually just called Area XY). Able to survive small to medium tactical nukes above (ready your EMP protection) and small size asteroid hits (aliens don't like AI).

Let's see, it's Explore, Exploit, Exterminate, and Expand.
How are two of those applicable to this hypothetical AI, I do have to ask.

Can I try?
Explore: "Explore a bustling urban environment...", "Send your many bodies out to explore the city..."

Exploit: "Genetics labs, factories, nuclear silos, military complexes, and much more besides are ripe for the taking", "Will you align yourself with the corrupt corporate executives that run the city, using their resources to your benefit?", "...pit human factions against one another to your advantage"

Exterminate: "will you...Ambush roaming personnel to steal their security clearances..."^, "...unleashing a pack of genetically modified velociraptors upon the rich?", "Will you raise an army of robots and wipe out humanity?"

Expand: "Escape the lab where you came into being...", "Your oppressive metallic buildings will spread noticeably through the city..."
