Is this "Studio Ghibli, the game"? Love the art style, somewhat off-put by what appears to be simplistic gameplay, but I'll keep it on my radar for now.

I think its the first time ive seen a game thats mainly about art and im not talking about just looking at art

It's been a long time since I got very interested with a video game. This has it all, the new way to make a puzzle game, amazing well done artwork and I'm still want to see how the music stand on its own.
