Bad Cheese is a psychological horror inspired by the eerie charm of 1920s animation – and it’s coming soon on GOG!

Step into the tiny paws of a mouse spending the weekend at home with a dysfunctional Dad while Mom's away. Be on your best behavior and KEEP DADDY HAPPY.

WIshlist it now, and try out the DEMO!
For a split second I thought this was a different game and got excited. This looks pretty damn unappealing, it fundamentally doesn't understand the 20's aesthetic.

Oh how I wish we could have had Mouse P.I. instead...
So how many days until Disney sue down the pants from the developer ?

What is it with companies like Disney and GOG and how many others focusing on creepy dysfunctional parents/adults? That said, the game looks bangin' and similar to Bendy so I might try the demo soonish.

I'm willing to toss the devs a few extra bucks if it avoids client based acheivements and build them into the game instead :)

Atreyu666: The demo doesn't let you change the keybinding. The menu is there, it's just not functional. Maybe it'll be in the full game, we'll see.
The game itself is quite nice but finding a secret door in some dark rooms within 10 seconds or so? That's cruel :D
Close to the Sun has a similar mechanic where you get chased around while sometimes having top press buttons to open doors. Even so, I couldn't put the game down and it's one of my favorite more modern games.

Technically, Disney cannot sue for a few reasons. Least of which is that the original depictions of Mickey Mouse have lapsed into the Public Domain.*

Secondarily, this cannot be said to be an absolute parody of the Mickey Mouse property because they've changed just enough to avoid flagrant violations. (In this case, it's a bit more than enough because who would have thought of Walt's style + HR Giger?)

WOW, so many negative comments lol. Why are people so opposed to "nice" public domain characters being used for creepy horror? American McGee did that with Alice and it's one of my favourite games of all time lol.

And I agree with Magnitus. If there's any company that DESERVES to have their IPs corrupted as much as possible, it is Disney.

dnovraD: Dear Horror Game Authors: Just because something enters the Public Domain doesn't mean you should immediately colonize.

Hard pass, with an additional sentiment unto raising a turned V and gesturing upwards with it.
It's not an airport, no need to announce your departure.

If a game is not for your taste - you silently move on to what IS to your taste. It's a really simple trick. Try it some time.

"Because client based achievements are the devil"
They were only invented to get people hooked on buying more games. Imho tbqh they're no better than mtx/cosmetic dlc. That said, I don't mind if some people enjoy them, but I feel devs should go back to some older business practices(like in-game secrets/acheivements lists, thick well done manuals, etc).

This is a forum. For everyone to voice their opinion. There is absolutely no sane reason only positive opinions should be voiced. Echo chambers are worthless.

Breja: Echo chambers are worthless.
They act as containment zones and canaries in the coal mine, so they're not entirely worthless.
Is it only me that demo didn't appear in my library? At least browser library, I see it in Galaxy but when I try to download offline installers it fails.

EDIT:
Ok, it fixed itself. ;)

Gameplay looks unique enough but I can understand people not being okay with making fun of Mickey Mouse.
