how do you delete your cloud saves as I was told I have a full cloud for that game then I deleted the saves in my files but it still will not sync as the cloud is full please assist

Delete the saves from inside the game... not the from your files. That should remove them.

New update (which is in beta now) looks to improve on this:

Hi BKGamining Your sugestion of to delete the files from inside of the game not my files did not make any sense at all I have no idea what you mean really at all could you clarify

Possibly it was better without cloud saves for me as I cannot leave the game without my computer hanging from the constant message about cloud saves

What game are we talking about?

Instead of deleting the saves from inside the save folder manually, launch the game and delete the saves from within the game. That should be possible, when you close the game Galaxy will resync any saves that are left and should remove the deleted ones. Otherwise Galaxy may not register the saves as deleted if deleted manually and may re-download them when you launch the game keeping your saves full.
Thats exactly as I did delete them when I launched the game I systematically went through each load and deleted it then in my save game file and still it sees them at the cloud end so didnt work unfortunately I can see this is a COG isssue not mine as I did not actually request a cloud save and I purchased this and my partners seperate game not from COG however I am having computer issues now as a result of the cloud connection. My list of games prior to when I go on is empty apart from a few now yet I am still showing over 4,000 saves.

Also my game save file is reflecting the delete of the games i chose to delete online in game when I started a new game

This is in Galaxy correct? It's a little hard to understand what you wrote here... but...

You could try opting into the beta update and see if that works or turn off cloud saves (in Galaxy go to GOG COM logo -> features -> uncheck cloud saves).

I have turned them off for now untill they clear the cog cloud end side hopefully the company will achieve this as I have plenty of room for the game my end
