Is anyone else having the problem with GOG on a mobile browser, IE Chrome for Android?

Every time I get an email that GOG is giving away a free game, I click the link on my phone and go to their home page.

Their homepage on my mobile browser, EVERY TIME, tells me that I already own the game!

I then go to a browser, also Chrome, on my laptop and it tells me I do NOT own the game!

I have tried contacting GOG on this issue and they tell me that cannot help with it! Their server is telling my phone I have the game when I don't and they do not feel they can help with the issue! Somehow they think it's possible for my browser to override their servers database and tell their server that I do own the game. The information about whether I own the game or not should be ajaxed into the page like it is in every other websites these days. The information that tells what to Ajax into the page is somehow my browser's fault? What?

I'm just wondering if anyone else is running into this?

Wouldn't know. Cut Chrome from my life aeons ago, and wouldn't look back now that they're killing off Manifest V3.

That happened to me on desktop several times, and I've seen reports of the same elsewhere. You can try closing all tabs related to GOG then clearing cookies and the cache. If that doesn't help, mobile browsers have a "view desktop version" option somewhere; see if that makes a difference. Lastly, you can try the giveaway link directly and check if the game gets added to your library: https://www.gog.com/giveaway/claim

Edit: It might be worth noting that already owning the game doesn't prevent you from claiming the giveaway. In this case, you get a gift code to pass on to someone else. I'm fairly sure you meant the message on the homepage says you'd already claimed the giveaway.
