Donut Dodo
If a long lost arcade game from 1983 resurfaced today, it would be Donut Dodo – a classic 2D platformer from the golden era, challenging for the whole family! Ready to top the high score table?

Cash Cow DX
Holy cow, it’s all about the money! Run, jump and slide in this udderly moo-velous adventure to reclaim your fortunes from sneaky Pig Pockets. Tough as nails and no continues – are you up for the challenge?

Both titles are launching with a -20% discount until July 23rd, 1 PM UTC – check them out!
Arcade nostalgia isn't really my thing, but I like the almost-certainly brain damaged derpy look of the dodo so much, I might just pick Donut Dodo up eventually.

GOG.com: Check out these 2 releases from pixel games SARL-S!
Donut Dodo looks nice.
OMG! What memories came to my mind when I watched the trailer in this thread. Cash Cow DX and Donut Dodo reminded me of various arcade and Nes games from the 80's and 90's. Inevitably, my father (may he rest in peace) also came to mind. I was six years old when he brought home an Nes as a Christmas present. My eyes filled with tears and my heart started pounding. The national economy was neither good nor stable. Jobs were scarce. However, my dad deprived himself of things for himself in order to buy me that blessed Nintendo's console. Those were definitely different times. But, without a doubt, life was a little simpler. To the wish list. Thanks to GOG and pixel games SARL-S.
Interesting that we get Godot-Engine games with Linux version included, although according to steamdb the games use godotsteam which was a point of failure several times before.

I agree. It certainly has that (I would assume fully intended) 1983 (Pipeline) Mario Bros. look.
Some reason it reminds me of those old 80s or 90s console games from Atari or Nintendo. I can't recall which now, maybe Donkey Kong or something. Anyway, neat old-school vibes and looks.

Wishlisted for now. (good prices btw)

It's a mish-mash of several different games; e.g., the mechanic of picking up items in a particular order to maximize your bonuses probably came from Bomb Jack, while the food theme is more of a BurgerTime or Food Fight thing, and the platforming is sort of like Donkey Kong except without fall damage.

I got Donut Dodo from another place, but I wasn't aware they'd made another game, so I'll definitely have to check out Cash Cow.

Donkey Kong is the 1981 game that the carpenter originally unnamed in the Japanese arcade release, later named Jumpman and then Mario debuted. As andysheets1975 mentioned there are other obvious references to other early '80s games, both visually & gameplaywise. This game looks like it could have been released in the early '80s & I fully intend that as the highest of complements as someone who grew up & spent a lot of time in arcades at that time.
Donut Dodo is a great little arcade game. It reminds me of the old Popeye arcade game.
Fine games, if only these pickups weren't so late that I'd completely forgotten about them erstwhile.
I have Donut Dodo on the Nintendo Switch and its AMAZING.
I mean its simple Donkey Kong Arcade like fun, but totally charming and just basic fun here and there.

I can recommend that one for sure.
These don't look too bad actually.
