NuffCatnip: Even if they release a Persona game, all you'll do is bitch about missing achievements.

Magnitus: He might, but I think most GOGers wouldn't so by all means, bring them here. They seem to be very highly rated :)
I know I'd love the Persona games getting released here. :)

Probably beat Persona 3 and 4 on the PS2 around 10 times. :P
We pretty much have to count our blessings when it comes to what Sega decides to release on GOG. Hopefully, the Yakuza series and Alpha Protocol would open doors to more games. My personal wishlist includes

* Valkyria Chronicles series
* Genesis-era classics
* Shin Megami Tensei and its spinoffs
* Etrian Odyssey
"Aliens: Colonial Marines..."

dream on, dream on
Surely the likelihood is fairly high of getting Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth eventually? GOG pushes the Yakuza games pretty hard. Give me hope!
ENDLESS Legend is free on Steam right now. Surely it can't be that unprofitable to bring it to Gog? I'd definitely pick it up here at a reasonable price.

How about a Endless Legend GOG release?
GOG made it seem like they had a substantial deal with Sega and any new Sega release to go with the sale certainly would have taken the sting out of the absolute volume of crap that's squirted onto the store recently.

Thanks for the heads-up. Can use that as a demo for now.
GOG you can try getting some of the older SEGA games? Like COH1 and condemned criminal origins. which I have on steam but will buy again on GOG.

If you don't like indie/AA games, I can see why you'd think that, but otherwise, the release roster is exciting actually.

Recent releases I'm downright psyched about:
- 1000xRESIST
- Cryptmaster
- Indika
- Tales from Candleforth
- First Cut
- The Shell Part 1 & 2

There are a bunch of other releases I think are cool. I won't list them all here.

Beloved classics from SEGA would be absolutely awesome (instabuy for me), but I can wait. There are plenty of other exciting releases.

I do like indie games, but so far this year there has been maybe 5 games total that I was actually excited about, infact the indie games I have wanted the most haven't shown up on GOG either.

Sega has such a vast library that it's a bit of a worry that GOG wasn't able to bring something, anything to the sale.

Alpha Protocol was just two months ago and seems to have been a pretty significant undertaking for those involved. I wasn't really expecting more from them quite so soon. Would've been nice, of course, but Sega's still doing way better than most other Japanese publishers when it comes to GOG support.

I kind of reluctantly agree with your wider point though about the questionable quality of releases lately. It's starting to feel like an anime NSFW gaming storefront that gets the occasional good old game, more than the other way around.

True, Sega does seem to be supporting GOG well, but with such a huge library of games and the way both GOG and Sega have a history of dropping the ball, it makes me feel a little anxious as to just how many of those will actually end up here, especially the Japanese games. Doesn't always have to be some grand undertaking especially after Alpha Protocol, but how about dropping the Genesis collection? Something small, safe and easy to bring over just to tide us over and keep us all on our toes.
I'm calling it, the next SEGA games we'll see are going to be Vanquish or Bayonetta. ;)
Or Like a Dragon Gaiden...once they've removed Denuvo.

I'd say since we've got most of the titles from one one of their flagship franchises, almost nothing is off the table, well, aside from Sonic and SMT.
But that's just me guessing. :P

Dude. Vanquish is my second most wanted game on GOG.

Any reason why you specifically think Sonic is off the table? If it is, then it's clear that no matter what, Sega always finds a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
