Hello everyone!

Anyone else have this song stuck in their head?
No.
I've never even heard of it.
Iv got Caress of Steel by Rush on... nothing is better than Rush! \m/
Is that the 80's song?
Deadpool?

That would be my guess as well.

However, I have frequently had that song on my mind in recent years. Before my company department moved offices last fall, we were located on a busy pedestrian shopping street, which was somewhat plagued by buskers, especially during the summer months and during December. One of these in particular was annoying as hell. He played the saxophone, and had only 5 songs in his repertoire which he repeated over and over again. This is usually not a problem if you're a shopper walking down the street, but when you're working in an office right above where he's standing, it becomes awful. One of the songs he played was Careless Whisper. Unfortunately, he didn't actually know all of it, so it mostly consisted of the first four (or possibly eight, depending on how the sheet music is written) bars of the saxophone solo, repeated about 30 times in a row. Since he usually stood there for about four hours in a row... Well, that's enough to turn your brains into oatmeal.

I still like the song though, particularly the vintage 1930's jazz cover of it by Postmodern Jukebox.
Often, because of the incredible sax solo. Not quite as good as the one from Baker Street though

At least it's a great song! There are far worse songs to have stuck in your head. When I was about 12 this abomination of a song got stuck in my head for a while after our neighbour repeatably played it over loud speakers during a party.

You could always declare war and blow some Motörhead songs through your speakers...

Lol, my music knowledge and taste were so pitiful back then there's no chance I would've even known about them.

There's a cat in the video. 10/10 would watch again. On mute.

Wishbone: Snip
Hehe, that's used as elevator music in a few places over here. That's how I came to know about it. :)

Edit: Listened to the cover you linked, nicely done.

I didn't, but now I do, thanks to you.

Wasn't it that George Michael song? Who gives his son a name like that anyway, two first names? He could just as well call himself Billy Bob and drive Nascar.

Still not as bad as fAssBender, though.
