Hello All-

I'm new to GoG, and I put $35 into my wallet after being unable to use my CC to buy the games outright. Now, when I try to buy the games, the checkout button won't highlight for me to click. I have more than enough in my wallet to buy the games. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Check that the shopping trolley contains no DLCs for games you do not own on GOG.com! Must have base game here.
Check that the trolley contains no games you already own here on GOG.com!

Buying games you already own is possible but then the whole batch needs to be bought as a gift code. Tick that box. You can gift them to yourself (use your own email) and redeem what you want yourself then give away the last game(s).

Try log off 'n on again. Or emptying you shopping cart, logout, cleanse your browser, restart browser and try again.

Thank you! That resolved the issue! I couldn't just buy the Grim Dawn dlcs without getting the base game. Not my favorite policy, but it's the way she goes.

Most modern games have some kind of unnecessary additional baggage that needs to be removed before they can be sold on Gog (i.e. online dependency on various platforms) which could make the DLC from one platform not recognize the game from another; to prevent the guaranteed outrage why Gog sells DLC that won't work with i.e. the Steam version of a game they just don't allow it at all.

Where do you own the base game?
