Well, I don't know what the Red mod is, because that's literally one of the vaguest names to be given upon a mod.

I believe it's better for you to post this thread in the game-specific subforum for Cyberpunk 2077. The users are quite active there, and I'm sure there will be people who might have a solution to your problem.

DLC on Steam have nothing to do with base games on GOG. If you have Cyberpunk 2077 on GOG, then install the Cyberpunk 2077 REDmod DLC on GOG as well.
If you have the base game on Steam, then take this conversation to the Steam forums or the CD Projekt Red forums.
