Hello all,

Bought a game and add on for myself on here, then gifted a copy to my friend. Tried to gift a copy to another friend and now it says:

"You can't gift **** right now, please wait 24 hours and try again."

Why not? i want to get 2 friends onto GOG and get the into gaming here. THIS, is really not helping.

Most likely it's a mechanism GOG implemented to limit number of keys game resellers can get during sales. But I don't know details of how those limits work...

Ink is correct. You just need to wait a day.

What the others said. But you can try to contact support - they will look at your account and order history and if they decide you are a normal user and no key reseller they can lift the limitation.

At least they changed the message you get when trying to make more than one gift-purchase of a specific title within the 24hrs span to one that tells you the reason you can't.
