The way I see it: you have a problem with a browser so you should try to troubleshoot it. Disable addons. Switch to safe mode. Test other browsers. If non of that helps, the problem is most likely with your system. If you're not willing to do any that, you're the problem. Neither of those cases is really GOG's concern.

Ironic, you stated that once that you don't use a browser and yet here you are saying it's broken and you can't fix a browser.

I dont think its a joke, I just think you have an unrealistic expectation, there is no way GOG will honor your request.

If you have a friend and an usb memory key maybe someone could download a different or older version of browser for you?

I don't think people think it's a joke, but aren't you the person who refuses to use any modern browser at all? I can understand you not wanting a browser made by an advertising company (Google Chrome) or being tracked, but have you tried others like Firefox especially with extensions like uBlock Origin? Likewise, Vivaldi is a great Chromium based browser with strong privacy:-

A few years back when the security of Firefox was a bad joke, I had to remove the folder with all personal settings and bookmarks and all that, twice. Firefox kindly remade those with the default settings afterwards. Give me a call if you need help as to where the folder is but I only have Windows 10 Pro and Linux Mint 19.2 Mate available right here so not certain your folder would be in the same place if you do not have one of those operating systems.

Or you could reset your browser's settings. Create a new profile or use Microsoft IE/Edge.
