Tried to load up the homepage when the sale started to claim the giveaway, but the giveaway just wouldn't load and then all the content on the page would disappear leaving just the navigation bar. This is on the mobile version of Edge, tried on Chrome and Firefox and it seemed even worse with part or all of the CSS not loading. Tried again today, and all the page content doesn't disappear anymore, but I still can't claim the giveaway, just endlessly get the loading dots under Tropico 4.

Didn't see any other posts about this, so just thought I would post this as a bug report, guessing there is a failure on the network/device, so there really should be a fallback.
