I try to change my avatar but it doesn't appear to be working?
But when I try to change again, my new avatar is showing in the control panel, but not on the forums?

Give it a bit of time for the caching servers to catch up. I do currently see you with the hot dog avatar, not sure if that's the old or the new one though.

That's old. My new one is a man photographed in black/white with a red tie. It's an achievement from Blues & Bullets
