Tried to buy the witcher 3 goty edition with credit card but after i put all the info and click to buy it gives me an error message like something went wrong. The credit card option redirects me to another website that gives me the error.
No posts in this topic were marked as the solution yet. If you can help, add your reply

Some people had problems with credit card payments because of this, but technically it is disabled for the time being.

You could copy the error message or post a screenshot in case someone has had the same problem, but contacting GOG Support is a safe bet:

"3-D Secure authentication requires additional confirmation of the transaction via your Bank's website or mobile app to prevent fraud in online credit and debit card payments."

So that failed purchase is live? How can i cancel it? i was thinking maybe trying to buy with paypal but in my orders page it counts as "in progress".

3-D secure authentication is supposed to be disabled right now. GOG Support should know where the problem is.

Contacted support yesterday but no awnser from GOG. I starting to feel kind of scammed. You see a game on sale and try to buy but don't receive.

Yes supported replied. But no luck with the purchase. I think maybe i'll have to give up. Shame i wanted to get the witcher on sale.
