I cannot get into my main account. Been locked out of it since Dec.11. Keeps saying invalid password after reset and now after many resets says no user found. Don't know what to do?

Have you contacted GOG support via opening a ticket?

One other thing I can suggest. You can directly send a msg to one of GOGs agents on the forums. I can't recall the names, but I think they are sticked on one of the threads in the general forums. I'll see if I can find the names.

Update: One of the GOG blues actually stated not contact the moderators regarding tickets. It's in the stickied thread in general forum regarding expected delays. So my suggestion is probably not a good one, sorry.

My PC recently blue screened so badly that I had to reset Windows. When I tried to log back into the GOG GALAXY my email was not recognised.

So I signed up with the same email and tried redeeming with the key I had already used when I first installed Cyberpunk. Unsurprisingly it said the code had already been redeemed.

How do I go about getting access to this game? I have the product key and the receipt. I'm thinking that when I signed up i must have misspelled my email as I never originally received a 'You've signed upemail' and as GOG obviously have no email verification it went through.

Please can someone advise me on what to do I've played one hour of cyberpunk and I've had since the 9th of December. I just want to play my game

You don't need the galaxy client to access your games. ( :
