I tried my luck with eHOST which gave me a 1$/month deal. I bought 1 year hosting for 12$ with domain name included.

Even tho i encountered some errors at first, now it works even better than my original web site which is www.disteryankalesi.com . The problems were caused because eHOST only provides with linux servers which means disteryan and Disteryan are two different things. So I had to fix every link.

Currently I'm using https://www.000webhost.com/ and it's okay, you might give it a go. Some downsides include having them want to delete your account every so often if you don't get many hits (if you're using it for free). I've used the services for a year on a professional level and they were good too. Occasionally there's a deal that pops up that gives you the entire domain hosting a lot cheaper than normal, although at $4 a month by the default it seriously isn't that bad. I'd happily pay $1 a month just to keep them from deleting my free account every so often.

Has SQL, PHP 5 something, a ton of web space to work with, although the max filesize you can upload is about 5Mb and doesn't always feel like files work well for storage or for sharing well, so there's that. The professional FTP servers I recall being better but it's been years since I had that so...
