This place is a deathtrap.
Do you think that Cyberpunk only has 4 reviews?
This is some dated system of theirs that they don't keep up with.
You're not the first to point it out, it's been like that for years, and gog doesn't have the wherewithal to take care of it.
There are, at minimum, 3 separate review scores. The score based on all reviews, the score based on verified purchases, and the score based on your chosen filters (which is mostly going to be reviews written in the language you have selected.) You can also filter by how old the reviews are, and whether they were made while the game was in-development, but by default the filter is simply set to reviews in your language.

Forget us the customers: Publishers should escalate this non-fair ,,issue,, ...
I noticed this issue with my wishlist and reported it to support back in March (ticket #1000944). I went through every single item on my wishlist and at the time noted that it affected 20 items. The discrepancy was all over the place: Cyberpunk 2077 had a higher rating than in the store, some had a lower rating, some ratings were missing, some had ratings but "awaiting more ratings" or "be the first to rate" on the store page. So it doesn't look intentional.

Support passed on the information to the relevant team. Nothing was fixed. I haven't even read my last two support replies. I just went to check if the issues were fixed and they weren't, once again. No point in reading how maybe the information was passed on when no one ever fixes anything.

To date, the only time anything was actually resolved is when I reported a corrupt screenshot image and it was eventually deleted, and even that took months. I encountered more corrupt screenshot images since then (example), but I haven't bothered reporting them.
Stuff like this makes me think that GoG does not have a true web developer anymore, and that for quite some time already.

Stuff like these mismatching ratings, or the ridiculous "DRM-Free" snippet on that Cyberpunkt interactive map thing. Or that GoG Connect is still being advertised in the footer. Or the miserable rating system here in the forums. Or even the state of the forum itself. Or that you still cannot edit reviews.

Some of these things are actually higly critical. The mismatched rating, especially since it is very favorably wrong on the sales page, might actually be deemed intentionally misleading and could cause GoG to get fined.
I really really hope GoG gets it's act together soon
It's a convenient 'bug' that GOG doesn't have much incentive to fix.

It's been like this for a long time. GOG never does anything to fix or upgrade any part of the website, except the front page. Everything behind the front page has been decaying and festering for years. They think they can develop a client application to rival Steam, yet they are completely incapable of maintaining a website. The management here are so delusional it's rather hilarious (and tragic at the same time).

That looks interesting indeed.
